You really think a theif is actually going to respond to you after trying to steal from you, if they do, its always some bullshit respond that you know is a lie. There's a way for digital download on PayPal. You should chance the way you do digital downloads, but making the buyer complete a form before sending them the link or anything out. Have them complete a form stating what they had purchased and a legal agreement to your terms. There also should be some IP trace of the download link, so match that up with the IP address of the form and there you just proven the item was delivered.
