Doesnt matter. In PayPal as long as you ship the item to the confirmed address that PayPal gives you, the bitch will lose every single time. The confirmed address is where the credit card bills to. As long you shipped it to that address, she cant say shit because she lives at that address. You have confirmation of the delivery or proof of shipment and delivery, she wont get anything unless the product is returned in its original state. She tried to pull a scam which is common to buyers that abuse the merchant disputes process and credit card company's know this and they allow them to do it without any reprocusions. If she refused to return the item then (1) you know she authorized the transaction and (2) she has committed mail order fraud. She wants to play her games, contact the postal inspect at her local USPS and tell him that one of their residence are trying to use the mail system to commit fraud.
