I also had a bad experience with her. She failed to read the description which fully disclosed the condition of a 100 year old book. She claimed she emailed me to cancel the order minutes after placing the order, but no email was sent by her until 8 days later when she received the book and that was a very nasty email. She seems to be a very unhappy, vindictive, and critical person, and that is sad. I refunded her and will say a prayer for her.

I also just had a bad experience with her on ebay. Instead of returning the books she purchased from me (which I have 100% + return policy) she opens a case against me that the books were not as described...with up close & every angle photos! Then before I get the books back files that I still haven't refunded her. Then cusses, threatens me and leaves me a negative feedback. She clearly is confused and doesn't follow instructions.

Why are you hiding; state your name and who you are. I don't have to follow your instructions. You sell the book, stop lying about the condition and I would not have to return it back to you. The first lady that claims that she could not get back to her store to get the package that I sent to her, that was not my fault, I used the address that Ebay furnished me with. She should have given them instructions as to what to do. I don't live with the lady neither do Ebay. Unless she give the correct address, I have nothing to follow. I did what I was suppose to do, I return the package back to her.
For the 2nd comment: You are a liar and the truth is not in you. When you sell an item, any fool would know never say an item is in very good condition for its age. I could care less it the book is 600 years old, you should know if the book is in poor condition, acceptable condition, good condition or very-good condition. It matters not what the age is. You sell a book as Very-good condition and I get the book and it has snot, urine, potty, you name it, now what has that to do with age.

I return your book, you received, I checked the tracking number and you had the book back in your possession for 7 days. How long should it have taken to refund my money. I told you I wanted my money and I meant that. You can like it or lump it. I don't care. I did not threaten you and ebay verified that but, I did leave you a negative feedback. Did you get that? I am not confused, you are. I hold 5 degrees, I wonder how many you have?
