Claimed the item was not new and accused me of sending a used\refurbished. Then stated the item was not packed right and was damaged. Then followed up with the item was wet and damaged. Offered to keep it if I sent a partial refund. Instructed the buyer to return the item - I offer free returns. Left negative feedback after initiating a return. Sent 8 messages consecutively in the range of 5 minutes demanding partial refund, they were upset, they want a replacement immediately. In the comments of the return it contained "%" symbols between all text like an automated response system.
