The buyer forced me to pay for her shipping fee and return shipping fee by claiming that the coat was fake. I asked her to verify the coat. She said she got a same coat from a department store and they were different. I then asked her to send us comparing photos. She sent us photos but the two coats look exactly the same. I asked her and she said yes they looked the same in the photo since the photo couldn't show the difference. I asked her again to go to any department store to verify it. Firstly she said her local store didn't carry it. Then she said those stores were too far away and she didn't want to go there. We had to accept her return and pay all her shipping fee since she claimed the coat was fake. But my coat is authentic and obviously she knew it.
