This buyer contacted me 4 weeks after her package was sent and claimed that she haven't received it yet and said she waited long enough.

I told the package has no tracking number but it should have arrived within 2 weeks, and asked if her address was correct, she said yes.

So I told her there's 2 possible thing happened, maybe it was damaged during transit or some thieves took it! I told her that even if it's damaged, it should have returned to me, so I guess a thief took it!

Then I promised her to resend the order. After I resent the order, she sent me a message and said that she thinks that the package must be in post office because she just received a "Notice"! and she will go to claim it at the post office the next day.

I said, Oh, I see! then please let me know when you received it. The next day she said she got it.

I told her, can you take a picture of the items and the box. She sent me the pictures and then she gave me a positive feedback.

I then, told her that I don't believe she got a notice because it's just a regular mail, and no signatures required to deliver it. I paid tracking for the second package I sent her, I told her she can refuse it since she got her order already, but if she want it she can have it! She did not replied at all, but I'm glad I caught her lying and I got all the evidence to report her.

This amature scammer wants free items and victimized small sellers. She refused the second package because I caught her lying!

Beware because she will do it again and again!
