| Details: | The same day she received her CAD $139 order, she filed a chargeback for "fraudulent transaction". She had ordered identical merchandise from us before. We lost the money, as well as a USD 30 chargeback penalty. When you look at her Google re views for Plastic surgeons and fancy restaurants, I wonder why she needed to steal from us. Or are those expenses the reason to steal from us? In 2019 she moved from Israel to Toronto with her husband and kids. |

Upon discovering that my bank flagged the purchase as fraudulent, leading to the blocking of my card, I was genuinely unaware that the transaction was associated with their company, Owndoc-vaughter. The confusion arose as I had initially linked the purchase to Derminator without realizing they are located in the Czech Republic.
During the phone conversation with their male employee I felt taken aback by what I perceived as a threat to expose my private information and potential social media shaming. Unfortunately, they rudely hung up the phone, and my subsequent attempts to reach you were unsuccessful as I was trying to resolve this issue with them.
I want to clarify that I have already cancelled the dispute with my bank,and I have no issues as they nicely mentioned with paying what is rightfully owed.
Also, the dispute was a day before I received the package and it can be easily proven.
