Details: | Buys a $15 DVD item, with his selection of $3.49 regular shipping, and did not order tracking, but asks for it after the shipping is long gone and will cost $20 in my expense, to ship Toronto to Alberta (he knows the cost because he lives in Alberta), says he does not receive packages, unless I can give the tracking number. Message written by buyer is demanding: "You are not helping our situation. If you did ship the package by Canada Post, you should have a transaction number. If you give this to me, I may be able to get them to trace it. Otherwise, either ship another or refund my money.
My final decision is refund and let him go (my loss). |
