Well, this doesn't shock me. Buyer used the oldest excuse on eBay, 'My account got hacked'. O.k. then, why are you informing us? Contact eBay customer service. I'll never understand buyers.

eBay customer support is the only one that can clear up this issue, NOT THE SELLER. If buyer's account was really hacked, then we would have received an official email from eBay support. We received no such email. And eBay will immediately remove any previous purchases and send all sellers an email regarding the issue. Again, nothing.

Buyer was blocked and reported to eBay. However, buyer's like this are disruptive to the eBay community and flow of purchase. This was a big ticket item, and now I'm unable to recover my previous watchers potential buyers from ended listing. Just a warning to other sellers.
