Not only ignorance, but arrogance. He had no knowledge of the products he purchased, and after the seller patiently explained the correct way to use them, he was surprised to choose not to try, saying that all the problems were attributed to the seller. The seller did not want to continue arguing with him and gave him a refund.
Even more surprising, is that he write bad feedback based on reasons completely inconsistent with the facts, opened a return case, and filled a complaint against the seller to eBay also based on a compeletly lie.
