Details: | This user "michaill-berger" bought an Unlock Code for a Sony VAIO laptop (series VGN-FE, serial number: 5007222), a Onetime Password which is generated from a 16-character KEY (is decoded from it). After receiving the "Onetime Password" this buyer said that the password didn't worked, asked him for another Key to generate another Password but kept saying that it didn't worked after we send the new password. This guy changed arguments 3-4 times: 1)First that it just didn't worked; 2)That he had to purchase the password from another seller; 3)That maybe the laptop had a motherboard issue since it had been replaced recently, that it was probably due to a "bios error"; 4)That the owner of the laptop had picked it up and wasn't able to take a video to show that password didn't worked... all those arguments had something in common: "I want a full refund" or "I want my money back". This guy opened up a Dispute and after I tried to negotiate it, he escalated it to a Claim, according to my experience with other similar cases: to eBay/PayPal "the buyer is always right", doesn't matter what the seller has to say, they always issue a refund. As of today I have sold more than 110+ codes and all of them have worked. |
