Two days after confirmed delivery, buyer immediately opens a return case and claimed I sent him tan panels despite me only selling black parts and owning a black interior vehicle. Buyer dragged out the appeal process taking 2-3 days to respond. Buyer refused to provide any proof of what he received and shipped back his tan panels or whatever he was sending to me. Every time he left a message I responded the same day. Buyer is granted the return by ebay. Without letting me know in advance buyer asked for a signature and my leasing office refused the package as they don't sign for packages. Usps immediately returned the package back to the buyer. Buyer was refunded and got to keep everything. Top it off he left me negative feedback.
