Buyer offered to buy my iphone for a set amount. I ended ebay auction and agreed to sell. Everything was ready to be shipped out and I felt something was off so I typed in the address and came across all these scams with people saying this buyer continuously buys things and either doesn't pay for them or pays for it then claims it's not working. I did not ship the item and wrote the buyer explaining to them exactly why I would not be shipping anything. Paypal was also holding my fees and I read it can take longer to release if the buyer reports an issue with the item. Therefore, I am glad I found out about the scams. I will take a negative review over being scammed out of $$ and dealing with that headache. I don't think they will stop so I hope someone else finds this info useful.
