Details: | The buyer bought a handbag. Two days after receiving the bag, she filed a case claiming the bag is fake. She said she got the same bag from Dillards and they were totally different. She threatened to report us to ebay and then filed a Paypal case. We asked her to provide more detailed info. She refused rudely but kept requesting a refund. She also threaten us that she would report us to Police. Our bags were directly from department stores and they're 100% authentic. I think the buyer just want a refund without returning the bag, or she blamed us just because in this way she don't need to pay original and return shipping fee. |
