Yes I had issues not perfect in any means at all and mostly due to getting back up years ago trying to make it with no help. Bitcoin thing was not me at all, which is in that thread as they long caught that guy and posted his real info up in that very thread he cash from me as well then used my info as well as three other on that forum.

My issue with this guy is he sold me a fuck up unit and gave me run around and many stories to try to buy time, or get me to sent it outside eBay to scam me out of my money. They are hateful people that give zero fucks about anyone. I done business with them for over 2 years. They never serviced units and just did cleanup jobs, but only complaint once and they did clean it up better. Reason I bought from them is they did ship good and unit came in good condition, so was a good candidate for a restoration as I do service them correctly change worn capacitor and ETC and charge a higher price for them. The issue was with the last RT-707 unit that damage, may have been USPS like they claim for all I know, but it still was damaged and had low volume output, I couldn't give that to my customer with dents. I get mistake happen and may have been post office fault. My gripe with them is the way they handle it and keep pushing it off and coming up with stories. You can see one of the dings on bottom face plate in video and have pictures that show dents on the left sides toward rear and middle bottom with it painted over. So even doubt it was the post office as they claim in messages did it. As I highly doubt the post office will pull it out of the box and paint it trying to hide damage. OK, Maurice, it's clear that the intention of this thread is to serve as a note of caution to anyone thinking of using your services. In this instance it's not so much about who said what and what you really meant etc. Transactions always go wrong and buyers don't get exactly what they think they expected but with you it's different, you offer a service and in your own words it's clearly your business i.e. it's a service you offer for money, not unlike a plumber or an electrician. In which case you need to ensure 100% resolve with no grey areas. You offer a service, the result should be black and white, you fix stuff, simple. If you can't fix it in a given time then you either need to inform your customers or choose a different line of work.

This guy started this thread and bought up other people complaints pretending to be them as retaliation. I took care of most the issues years ago and a couple that you know about as you help me one one of the issue to resolve it. This "serenity4805" real seller, bought this stuff to do damage to me and that all. I didn't do anything to them but to sent back what was broken and they didn't restore and complaint about them and left them negative feedback, as they came up with stories to drag out the case and try to keep the money. It become more of a way for scarpers to hoard the valuable stuff and then get top dollar and most will falsely state that it was serviced and steal wording from real techs and make their listings more flashing, but shit was done to the machine and will fail within months.
