SELLERS BEWARE. This buyer purchased a brand new makeup item from our store and returned it to us used and broken. She ordered a PURPLE eye shadow (Lancome #301 DRAMA) and received exactly what was described in our listing and images. She insisted that she ordered a blue eye shadow and that what she received was not what she ordered. Amazon automatically accepted her return request and she used our return shipping label. She sent the item back used and damaged. As a courtesy we processed her refund less return shipping charges and she proceeded to extort us. She left us negative feedback after we explained that the return charges were automatically deducted from the refund. Please stay away from this delusional buyer. She'll purchase your item simply to try it on and if she doesn't like it, she'll destroy it and ask for a return. Once she return the item, don't expect that it will be in the same perfect condition that you the seller sent it in. She will deliberately use and damage your product before sending it back.
