this buyer bought an hoodie from my store, he placed order on Oct/29/18, we sent it on 1/Nov/2018, after we sent his order, he started complaining about being too slow to delivery. we declared usually it takes 10-15 working days to delivery from HK to UK and as we promised it took 15 days delivery. but on 23/Nov/2018, he messaged me that he took 2 months to received it , what a stupid liar ! we sent the item with the tracking number, the tracking detail is still available on U.K Royal Mail ( VC667402855GB ), and he asked me to send him full refund. i accepted his request but asked him to return the item back. finally he left me negative feedback as a reply.
