Jessica Coursey purchased hat under her husband's card and name, we sent two hats mistakenly in two separate boxes. She kept the extra hat, for almost 30 days, before we realized we sent two, when we spoke with her, we asked her to return the had, and we would provide a postage label. She refused, said it was too much trouble. She is liable for the second product and refuses to pay. Under PayPal, we are not able to charge her until we get the Police report claim number, we are in the process of doing this.
