This was an elaborate scam, the buyer bought the merchandise and shipped in the following days, shipment was waiting at brazilian customs for clearance upon payment of import duties. This gave him the "reason" to claim that was lost and immediately opened dispute, few days later escalated the dispute to make sure there won't be enough time to update the online tracking, 2 days later paypal returned him the money without consideration. then another day later the items were delivered and signed for. We lost the product and the money. Although the tracking was updated as delivered and signed for, paypal didn't accepted the appeal.
