Her credit card company gave her the money back on this personalized jewelry, which is common with chargebacks, the reason these scammers have cost the retail industry 4.5 billion dollars annually, the seller can never win a chargeback. She also kept the merchandise and is refusing to return it. She certainly must have loved this full personalized bracelet.
