Elizabeth Lopez ordered Mercedes Benz jacket in XXL size for Jacob Lopez 13603 Gager St., Pacoima, CA 91331, USA Phone : 18185711805. We send the first jacket however we can not track it. Later we sent the replacement jacket via DHL e-commerce.
Elizabeth opened PayPal case. On Dec 16, PayPal refund $59.99 USD and charge $8 USD. I checked the web and found the the status of the package is successful delivered.
I sent mails to Elizabeth however she did not reply.
