Buyer purchased UNIQUE and FRAGILE ceramic fairy. Fairy arrived and buyer reported a break between wings and body, easily fixed with some super glue. Demanded full return and refund.

Item returned was covered in scratches and pieces were chipped off and missing, NOT the state the buyer claimed to have received the item in. The value of my item is now decreased significantly, and I may have to write it as a complete loss due to the scratched glass and missing ceramic pieces.
