This buyer bought a new book from me. She filed a claim for return with eBay two days after she got the book, stating that it was not in the condition described. I gave the refund, but she tried to demand for me to also pay for her return shipping until I reported the situation to eBay. She finally returned the item, but it was in excellent condition. She made false claims about its "horrible" condition to get the refund, but she abused the system and got out of shipping fees and restocking charges.
