Details: | Purchased product from us through Amazon. Buyer contacted us within 15 minutes of when tracking shows delivery was made saying they did not receive the item. We responded with instructions on how to file an A-Z claim against us through Amazon as we use Amazon shipping for insurance. Over the past 10 days we just keep getting the same message that he hasn't received it and wants a full refund. We have explained to him that when he files the claim Amazon will refund him in full as they insure the delivery. I'm guessing the reason he won't do this is because Amazon started tracking repeat offenders of their system and will no longer refund people that do this too often. This buyer is now being offensive and threatening in their messaging to us. The one that I find humorous is that he messaged me this morning saying he knows where I live and if I don't refund I'll be sorry. 1) The only way he could possibly have my address is from the return address on the package. 2) he shouldn't have done that. I called the local police in his home town, read them the messages, and filed a report with them. They said they will go talk to him. |
