Oliver has software that buys books for him. Once you listed a super low price for a really expensive book, his software identifies and purchases it. They do not worry about condition or price because on more than one occasion (for our company) they requested a return "incorrect web description" arrived late" etc. that we have to pay a full refund according to Amazon policy.
They send the book for the return, get a tracking number, have it redirected to his address midway and then claimed he never received it (A-Z claim). Now they have the book and the full refund.
