This buyer should be permentely blacklisted for lack of intelligence! Will file a fraud dispute less than 2 days after he purchases an item and then makes up lies that he never got any communication from company. The second he files the dispute he will then send numeorus emails trying to play stupid on the same exact email address that he is claiming nothing was ever sent to him regarding the transaction. This buyer will legally agree to terms and conditions then then immediately start to play stupid. After the dispute he will email you directly again once again trying to play stupid for the very fact he is attempting to commit mail order fraud.
