Of course the credit card company ruled in there favor. Buyer just sold my book on December 22nd 2019 on eBay under his seller account Coolblue45. Buyer has only been an eBay member since January 2019. He is buying expensive textbooks that are in demand and than doing charge backs. Then selling them on eBay.
