Thats a classic scam where a buyer will purposely lie to a seller for the sole purpose of trying to get a partial refund or the item for free. Its a classic scam that happens on eBay. Some idiot sellers do it immediately, so it turns into a problem. No refunds unless the item is returned. If the person wants it returned, the original status has to be as if it was never purchase. No return no refund!
