Sold a jacket to 2012ben3961. The manufacturer's size tag was clearly listed in the auction photos. I also gave actual measurements. Buyer waits 4 business days to pay, within hours begins sending 40+ messages over the next 2 business days demanding that I ship the item and stop "playing games."

Buyer opens eBay claim without contacting me, claims the jacket has no size tag and is a small or medium. The jacket is a tagged US 50L and measures 53" in the chest. No reasonable person would call this a small or medium size.

Before case is clased, buyer leaves negative feedback repeating his false claims.

After case is closed and eBay has refunded the buyer, buyer sends further email demanding a refund.
