I believe this exact individual just used an Ebay buyers account in attempt to purchase an expensive item from me. I was asked to ship to that 460 Copper Drive location. Luckily, I did not ship the item before discovering what was going on.

My account was also hacked by this individual for a Gucci handbag at $250. Same address, I think the seller had no idea what was going on... Just happened a couple of hours ago. Not sure what my recourse is, but I've contacted everyone involved, including eBay and PayPal...

Someone Hacked my ebay account (with my cc info attached to it) and made FOURTEEN transactions in a row, totaling to about 500CAD. By the time i signed into e-bay and realized what is going on, most of the items have been shipped except a few sellers that noticed that the billing (I live in Canada) and shipping address do not match and held the item.
The con artist also had the audacity to talk to the sellers through my ebay and demand that the shipping address be changed. Somebody, please stop this animal.

My eBay account was hacked by someone at this address to purchase accessories for an I phone 6. Fortunately I was able to cancel the order, change my eBay and pay pal passwords, and receive a refund of charges from the seller. Beware if you are a seller and asked to ship to this address.

Like how all of these start with "my eBay account", well mine was hacked April 4, luckily I got the notification on my phone that a purchase was made when I wasn't even shopping, I immediately went to eBay and seen it, I then emailed the seller and told them that I did not buy the item, it was my name but not my address, I then went to PayPal and the scammer had gotten into my PayPal account and changed my address to theirs leaving the name the same, address being that of 460 copper dr, I immediately deleted all bank cards I had on PayPal, went back to eBay and emailed seller again stating I was going to cancel the sell which I did, it was cancelled and money was refunded the next day, it was only $8.90 but still I was furious that they "thought" they could pull it off but they were cutoff before they knew it!!!!

I thought it was a package I had ordered and didn't pay attention to the address until I opened it and it wasn't what I was expecting. I've check all of my accounts and.l nothing was ordered from them. I'm not sure how it got my address though. I just had this same "person" hack my eBay account today. Ordered a handbag that was quite expensive. Called my cc company, eBay and PayPal (which my account is linked to). i luckily caught the seller before they shipped the item but will be following up with a police report in the AM. Like, wtf, why you gotta make me have to change all my passwords and get a new bank card? Ugh! October 3, 2017. I noticed these dirtbags used my credit card number to purchase sporting goods online. I caught it in time to get the merchant to intercept the package en route fortunately. The address they used was 460 Cooper Drive, Wilmington, DE 19805, which is a slight change from their other addresses. I notified the county sheriff in Delaware hoping they may find these creeps. I want the merchandise and the USPS is researching what they can do because tampering with addresses through the USPS is a FEDERAL OFFENSE and will be punished. I'm an ebay seller and a sweater I had listed sold and I got excited. Then, in the message box these scammers requested that I send the item to this same 460 Copper drive address. Ebay rule number 1, never ship an item to an address that doesn't match the verified Paypal account. I knew it was a scam right away because they couldn't spell for shit and I could clearly hear their accents in my head based on how they spelled. Also, this is such a typical euro-trash scam. 3 Days ago, received notification through email from ebay saying that my order was confirmed. I hadn't purchased anything and my account showed that someone was searching for phones and magnetic strip chargers in my shopping history. It showed that I bought a magnetic charging cable for $39.99. I immediately cancelled the order and contacted the seller. they refunded. these jerks actually changed my address to part my address with theirs right in the middle.

Sweetwater emailed me and called me to thank me for my purchase, but i didn't receive those messages until last night. Had the same thing happen this weekend for two purchases. I copied this address and sent a complaint email to the police department of Newport DE. Not expecting anything but just adding to the list. The purchases were made through ebay, but they don't show up on my account, just against my paypal account. I contacted the seller and told them it was a bogus purchase.

Just happened to me today. They attempt to purchase $2500.00 worth of stuff. I called ebay and removed the items before I purchased their imported items. Ebay told me to message the sellers before they shipped but I had 10 sellers on that order and 2 went out before I could even get the messages sent! Ebay is working to fix this for me now. That was six months ago, and I'm still getting the run around from Amazon for a refund.

THE ADDRESS YOU ARE ALL POSTING IS THE ADDRESS FOR A FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANY!
They have different markings (numbers after Suite), which belong to different accounts associated with this forwarder.
Freight Company is LEGIT! People who are scamming using different companies like that. I also live outside of US and I use them to ship stuff I can't buy in my country, they are a legit company and I buy stuff from Ebay / Amazon / Newegg, everything is legit. Y'all people just need to take better precautions to secure your CC info.

It was somehow linked to my current email and they were able to access $150 and it was shipped to this address. I contacted the Newport PD and they are aware but since this is only a shipping company there is nothing that can be done from there. The officer said to go to the PD website and hyperlink and file a report. also file a report with your local PD. This is the mailing address of the warehouse of the company, which transports goods to the end user from another country.
Since users of other countries cannot buy directly from the USA, they use intermediaries in the person of such warehouses.

Hacked my computer, changed my password and was able to purchase 575.00 dollars worth of merchandise. They even went as far as manipulating my emails from the company to be placed in a mail box I rarely check so it didn’t appear in my inbox. I just happen to check my bank account today and found it.

Hacked my email and then tried to order something from amazon from the same address. They filtered all amazon emails to go to trash before they did this and then the amazon denied the order thankfully.

They then tried to order to gearbest for a $380 xiaomi phone and put no payment method on. They mispelt gearbest to gerbest in email filters though so I received the email and changed my passes immediately

My pc was hacked and this person ordered a speaker through amazon, my emails were also filtered and sent to my archive folder so that’s the last place I looked, I called amazon and the order was cancelled. My debit card was used online at Walmart and Best Buy, luckily my bank stopped it. Has anyone filed a police report, was wondering if there was a case number already.

The buyer was listed as in Ukraine and the name was in Cyrillic characters. The shipping address was confirmed, but going to a fictitious American name with the address of 460 Copper Dr Newport, DE 19804-9004 United States. As others have stated, this is a group of warehouses and the items are being forwarded to other locations outside of the U.S.

eBay sellers should refuse to ship to this address. The fraudsters are using compromised accounts and stolen credit cards to purchase our items. Notify the FBI and your courier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) of the suspected fraud. If you ship USPS, be sure to notify the postal inspector, as it is a federal crime to commit fraud using U.S. Mail.

This is a sophisticated, International organized crime group and far beyond the scope of what Newport Police are capable of investigating. The FBI and U.S. Postal Inspection Service needs to be informed.

Just had this happen to me today through my etsy atore. I was able to stop them before anything happened. Buyer's address was from CA. Sent email stating they forgot to change the address and they would like me to send the item to their moms address 460 Copper Dr, Newport, DE 19804 for her birthday. I told them the payment is still processing and I will not ship until Etsy tells me to. In the meantime I google searched the CA address and the DE address. The CA name did not match the address they gave me. The DE address had many bad reviews and it was not a house but a warehouse. I called Etsy and cancelled the order and reported the buyer. I contacted the number to the warehouse and a foreign man answered the phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me. I have call the Newport Police Dept 302-579-2800 and made a formal complaint. I also filed out the form on the FBIs website. It is so important this is reported. It has to stop.

I just had someone try to buy an HP Laptop using my debit card (I rarely use that card, not enough $ in it)...$599.99 from Walmart. I called & supposedly it was cancelled. Next day I see it's again debited from my account. I called Walmart AND FedEx to get it stopped...they had the delivery address changed costing an extra $14.95 (hope I won't get stuck with that bill!!).
Anyway they won't be getting the laptop. I think I too should call the police in DE. Here's the information I got from the email:

Same individual made four separate purchases for some shoes $400, $460.40, $500, $.750 on my e-bay account which he hacked into. This individual needs to be put away were the sun don't shine for a long, long time.

Someone from this address bought an iPhone from me on an eBay account with positive feedback, but the shipping address appeared to be off to me so I checked this site and sure enough found all these comments. eBay needs to hammer these people!!!

They hacked my Walmart account and charged two large ticket items totaling almost $1,000...there is only one way to stop them. I am reporting them to the IRS. When they finish with them they will WANT prefer torture or incarceration! If the IRS brought down Al Capone, they can get this amateur.

The only reason I know this is they sent a message to a seller on my account and it is still there asking to ship to this address as they recently moved and something on eBay was not allowing them to change the address, the seller complied (sigh). But two of the items have shown up at my address.
Shouldn't they be able to shut this reshipping fraud place down? I mean the address has been reported for years. FBI, DOJ someone??!!

I was researching this address as my walmart, email, and fedex accounts were hacked by someone related to this address of 460 copper dr in wilmington delaware. They ordered 2 Iphones off of my account. I caught it early and reported it. Walmart and fedex both were instructed to stop the shipment, both failed and the phones were delivered to someone at that delaware address by the name of Romanenchyk. They are Ukrainian fraudsters from what I have been able to gather. All items apparently are getting reshipped from that delaware address to the Ukraine. This is unbelievable that this has been going on for at least a couple years and no arrests have been made.

Just happened to me. Luckily I enter the address and found this page before I shipped. Canceled the order but where do I report to Ebay that the buyer is a fraud?

Right after I shipped ( the next day) I get an alert from eBay that says We had to cancel bids for the buyer, XXXXXX, because they aren't registered on eBay: and not to ship the item! This was after I called them to verify if it was ok to ship! Ebay says Ill be protected because of this but I dont know, whats the advice of others? ive already attempted the intercept, hopefully it works!

The Swappa site indicated the Sale had failed and they warned me to cancel the PayPal payment and refund it.
I'm trying to do that with PayPal now, but it doesn't seem to be as straight forward as they say in their HELP system at least not yet. I'm waiting for a call back from PayPal.

Update to my post just above, I intercepted the package and now tracking reads that it will be later than expected, so im hoping that it was a successful intercept.

With Ebay, you should be protected. I had this issue a couple of times but Ebay would come through and pay me.

Wow, I never realized it happened to so many people. 4 years they hacked my Amazon card & Amazon account and had items shipped to the address below. I immediately contacted Amazon and asked how can an order be shipped to a new address without me verifying it? Amazon had no answer. They closed the card account, replaced it with a new card account, removed all fraudulent charges and had me reset my password on my Amazon account..
