Sold a disc only film to buyer for $5.35 with free shipping. Buyer receives the film, watches it, then sends me a rambling message after the fact that he was upset it COULD have broken because apparently he had a bad experience with Netflix sending him a disc that broke in years past. He proceeded to give me unprompted tips and tricks on how to package my things next time, then waited a few days and left me negative feedback. Never wanted a refund. Nothing was wrong with his movie. Just wanted to be difficult.
