Details: | Dishonest lady had Downloaded Album from our servers with their IP logged as downloaded. Then she requests from Paypal and credit card company for refund for recurring payment but it is NOT recurring payment and not paid in error!

Yes, we have had a similar experience. I'm not sure if it's a misunderstanding due to mental illness (e.g. she WRITES ANGRILY IN ALL CAPS) or not being familiar with e-commerce (e.g. reports show she is in her mid-60s) or both.
She reported a missing order and we responded immediately to either refund or replace her order. She never responded to our email. Instead she filed a dispute with her credit card. We emailed her again and she responded after days with an incoherent and all caps angry response. Whatever the reason is, I would choose not to continue servicing her if I could help it.
