Buyer bought a 1.67 inch diameter thank you label. She claimed she could not read it. We can read it from 2.5 feet away. Buyer did the same thing to the seller that she bought from right before me claimed she could not read that label.Buyer is buying supplies for her ebay business and using the ebay system to get them for free. We phoned the buyer and we got screamed at and hung up on. She filed a not described case and in the case she said I read the ad where it said the label was 1.67" in diameter and claimed we should have in the description that the print was very small it is not very small, it can be read by everyone else who has bought them. Right before she filed the case she sent a ebay message ranting and threatened us that she was getting a lawyer, and filing a BBB, and a complaint with ebay and other threats. We gave her a refund, she is harassing us she called four times in 2 minutes. This is a bad buyer in every sense of the words.
