I ANSWER BY EMAIL EXPLAINING THAT THESE ITEMS WERE BROUGHT IN A RENAME GERMAN AUCTION HOUSE.
THE BUYER RETURN EMAIL SAID THAT AN EXPERT SAID THE COVERS ARE FAKE, EVEN ONE THAT HE DID NOT RECEIVED.
OK I ASKED TO RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND.
I WAITED FOR SOME MORE THAN 2 WEEKS BUT THE THE ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE AND THE BUYER ASK AGAIN FOR REFUND. I TOLD HIM THAT AFTER THE ITEM RETURN SAFELY AND HEALTHY REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IMMEDIATELY.
SUDDENLY THE BUYER OPEN A CASE AND ASK FOR A REFUND FOR 2 ITEMS, THAT BEFORE SAY ONLY ONE ITEM AND NEVER SAY A WORD ABOUT ANOTHER ITEM.
2 DAYS AFTER THE DISPUTE OPEN, THE COVERS ARRIVE AND I IMMEDIATELY ISSUED A FULL, REFUND, AND WHAT WE NEED TO DO IF A BUYER DONT LIKE THE ITEM AND RETURN SAFELY.
AND THE DISPUTE CLOSE.
VERY UPSET, IS AFTER 2 MORE DAYS THE BUYER LEAVE A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, AND USED SOME IMPOLITE AND UNFAIR WORDS, CRITICIZING ME.
AND I CANNOT LEAVE A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TO THIS BUYER, THIS IS VERY UNFAIR FOR THE SELLER.
MANY BUYERS ABUSE THE USE OF THE SAID {PROTECTION} TO OPEN CASE, WHEN THEY DO NOT LIKE THE ITEMS THEY BROUGHT OR WHEN THEY DISCOVER THAT THE ITEM DOES NOT WORTH THAT PRICE, AND IT IS EASY TO FIND A REASON TO RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND.
I SEE SOME OTHER SELLERS SAID TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IN BOLD OR RED LETTERS, BUT THIS WOULD NOT AFFECT HIM, BUT FOR THE SELLER, 4% OF GOOD LOOK IS BEEN TAKEN BY EBAY. I AND OTHER SELLERS HOPE EBAY WILL CHANGE THIS POLICY, WE WORKED HARD FOR MORE THAN TEN YEARS AND THIS KIND OF BUYERS TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO DESTROY OUR HONESTLY. |
