Buyer bought a $950 vacuum from me. She used the vacuum for almost 3 months and then asked for a return on ebay. I denied the return due to the amount of time that had passed. She then files a "not as described" dispute with Paypal saying that the item was defective. The Paypal dispute was ongoing and in its second week when the buyer got impatient and filed a chargeback with her bank. Her bank refunded her and she still has the item. She, so far, will not answer any calls or emails in my attempts to receive the item back from her.

I sent this buyer a formal demand letter this morning. If she does not respond I will be taking her to small claims court.
