Buyer purchased item on 10 Dec.But in payment,he provided a incorrect address to me.I mailed parcel out on 11 Dec and provide tracking no.But it was returned back on 31 Jan finally due to the wrong address.But buyer refuse to absorb this shipping fee lose which was totally occured due to his mistake.And he request ebay refund this money back directly.I also provided pic of the parcel which Singapore Post marked return reason on it,but he act as blind on this issue.
