Buyer purchases a brand new factory sealed Dewalt air compressor from us for $140.00. Gets the unit, unpacks it, and uses it for a week. Then files a return as it didn't have a "Nail Gun" that doesn't come with this model! We have to take it back and when we get it it has scratches all over it and was used with bent prongs as well as the box being heavily damaged! They didn't include any of the packing material of course so there are dents on it as well!
We paid $60.00 to ship it to him since we have free shipping on everything, then we paid a discounted $30.00 to send it back to us so we are out of pocket $90.00 as well as the cost of the compressor new since now it's a poor excuse for a used one! Basically a total loss on our part! We then find that this guy has been doing this to multiple people!

People like this shouldn't be allowed to purchase ANYTHING online as they need to pay full retail to take advantage of liberal return policies that retail stores have.
