Customer abused us when they realized they had to pay for return shipping on their used item. they continued via a lengthy negative review calling us all kinds of names and berating us. Customer told other customers to beware of buying our product.
customer filed A to Z claim to attempt to get money back as well as damage us with negative review.

this is another example of entitlement. Ship at your own risk. This customer is a horrible human being.

cancel the order and save a head ache later.

thats why you have to categorise your customers by state that some states such as arizona, florida and texas have the biggest amount of stupid morons. you should try to avoid them as much as possible because they cant read and are impatient. They think that they can do whatever they want and get away with it. And no matter what you do or point blank a policy in their faces, they think they are always right and will make up bullshit excuse after bullshit excuse when you catch them.
