Karla buys a non-refundable product and then claims that seller changed the listing after the sale and that product is not as described. Sadly eBay confirmed the listing has never been revised yet says they cannot cancel a return once it's started. Karla Haynes got her refund, which she must badly need to run a blatant scam like this.
