Customer receives a brand new Walbro/TI Group fuel pump from us. Customer opens a return request a claim for "not authentic" and states the product has no markings on it. Well guess what we take pictures of all products shipped next to the shipping label before to shipping so we have record of this. We contact eBay seller support and report the buyer. Per eBay seller support advise we reply to his return request with this picture as well as advise the customer all the products we sell are authentic and provide proof from the manufacturer. Customer still wants to return the item. Abuses eBay return policy and forces us to pay for a return label. So we create a return label for the product to go directly to the Walbro/TI Group inspection center. Well guess what the customer avoids sending it directly to the inspection center as he knows the part is authentic but was caught trying to scam an eBay seller. Luckily we were returned exactly what was sent to the customer.

eBay has flagged this buyers account as apparently this is not the first time this has been done to a seller from this buyer!
