Details: | Sold this UK buyer some transformers reissues from the US, which were pictured and described in detail. a month later, without any communication attempt from the buyer, I get a return request that claims items were a Knock Off. Sited a white colored "Made In China" on the toy as evidence. You could clearly see the detail in question pictured in the listing, but ok my mistake, I had gotten the item in a lot and not noticed the discrepancy. Then I noticed the buyer had 0 feedback and had made their new account on the very same day they had made this international purchase. He informed me he either wanted new items (i don't have) a partial refund, or I pay international shipping (twice) for the item to be returned, and full payment refunded. My belief is that he saw the discrepancy in the hi res pictures I had posted in the listing, realized my mistake and made the new account with the intention of making a fraudulent purchase and scoring a cheapie. Good job sir, mission accomplished. I refunded the buyer 75% of my sale price, out of fear they would leave a negative feedback. I am getting a defect from all of this. be careful of this person |
