Buyer has a pattern of purchasing and then either harassing seller for a refund, leaving retaliatory feedback to force a refund or starting a dispute with Ebay for a refund. I noted in my experience that she started dispute and then stated it was held up and demanded a paypal credit immediately which would ultimately provide her with a double credit - she has found a weak spot in the system and is abusing buyers! If you view purchasing feedback for the past year, you will note how buyer has scammed Ebay and sellers into getting thousands of dollars of free merchandise.
