Details: | Buyer became hostile after informed that package was sent with Signature Confirmation. Said she could not pick it up as the PO was too far away when it was only 3.9 miles away. She was informed that there would be no refund just because she didn't want to sign for it. She picked it up on the last day and then said she "loved " it but it was scratched and dirty(untrue) and would I refund the shipping as she hadn't left feeback yet(feedback extortion). She then said that box arrived damaged by USPS and that I should have had it insured instead of requesting a "stupid" signature.When I informed her that it was insured & that she could file a claim,she refused and then reported to E- Bay that item was not as described& then she reported even more damage. E bay found in favor of the buyer(what a surprise)& I will most likely receive either a damaged item that I won't be able to sell or a box of rocks plus be out the money invested, the fees, the shipping, etc. and she will most likely have a beautiful Coach purse for free! |
