This person bought 3 items from our website valued at $1,000. Product was shipped and delivered 2 business days later with proof that it was delivered to his house. A few days later we received INR chargeback. We tried contacting the customer to figure out a solution but never heard back. This was an obvious fraudulent chargeback. We unfortunately were not able to win the case.
