Be aware of this negative feedback giver which uses the negative feedback system to get refunds on items and to hold sellers hostage. Then, when a seller gives in to his scam an sends a discount for his *issue*, he declines feedback revision and keeps the discount. Idiot is a liar, uses the system, and leaves negatives to sellers for minor issues. She (he) sent us a message about the item being handled poorly by the shipper and claimed to have had to repair the item (item made of metal and aluminum). Issued us a negative feedback for irrelevant issue and supposed damage. We contacted and asked what we could do for positive feedback. He stated he wanted money back. We agreed, issued refund and sent a revision. He then declined stating we did not send him a refund. He received solution to his problem (money) and still left us negative. Block him from your store! This is a liar, negative feedback giver (has given other seller negatives for stupid small problems), cheater, and not woman (man) enough to keep his word. Another waste of the human helix. The good thing is that what he supposedly *fixed* actually damages the part, so I'm sure he'll be back for a return. And what goes around, comes around.
