I can back this up with a recent transaction! Immediately started to complain about the same rate the USPS charges when I have to pay fees also. Ebay abides these types of sellers for a profit but I would say to avoid all costs!! Looks for weak sellers and then extorts with the idea of what the outstanding feedback might be if you don't comply.
