This same Lindsey Nicole Baird that scammed you, contacted me (I do our support) and threw up more red flags than in a USSR military parade. She said she'd read nothing but bad re views about us, how terrible unethical incompetent, downright scammy company we were and then she proceeded to ask whether we'd also scam HER, plus many product questions, all already answered on our site. I told her we're rejecting her as a customer.

She then said she'd do everything in her power to destroy our company. I saw on YouTube how she libeled us already but she said she knows a TikTok influencer with "ten million followers" and that influencer would make up a story to damage our reputation, etc. etc.

Now you’re just bending the truth Frank. I was interested in the product but had come across some bad comments so I reached out to you, voiced my concerns & asked for clarification. Your very first contact stated “we refuse you as a customer, there are no neg comments of the Derminator. But there are neg experiences shared regarding your customer service & bizarre business practices.

You accused me of making false claims so I sent you proof. I said I would spread the word of your harassment but NEVER said my friend would use her platform to make up a story. You harassed me by email & phone. Later found on internet that you’re not a doctor, you’re not Sarah, yet you continue to pose as a medical professional & sell fake medical products.

Nicole Baird from Kentucky is a criminal. She is guilty of extortion, fraud (attempted and/or actual) and admittedly engages in criminal defamation.

If she continues to commit offenses against our company or its principals, we will take legal action and will recover legal costs and damages and a penalty, imposed by a European court is enforceable under US Law without possible appeal or delay. If Mrs. Baird does not cease & desist, inevitable consequences will ensue for her.

As to your claim of anyone at owndoc "falsely claiming to be a doctor" and "selling fake medical products": Unless you can prove that in court as the only possible defense, it's by definition criminal defamation.

FOR THE RECORD - I would like to clarify that I, Lindsey Nicole Baird, did not make the claim that you, Frank De Groot, or your alias “Sarah Vaughter” has claimed to be a doctor or a medical professional. I read this WORD FOR WORD on a website or forum that dates back to 2016. I attempted to add this link for your reference but it obviously did not allow it to be posted. What I can see at the time of this writing is that, on the Vaughter Wellness site, Sarah Vaughter which is Frank De Groot, is listed as being a micro-needling expert.

I have been harassed by this man by phone & email with enormous amounts of threats, informing me that if I did not remove my comment here on this site, that harm would come upon me & I’m not referring to physical harm but when one is harassed it makes you feel that your physical well being is in danger.

Roughly four days ago, I was instructed by my attorney, to present Frank De Groot with an email to serve as a notice to cease & desist, to end all of the following : harassment in all forms whether it be by email or phone, defamation/false accusations made about me, etc. I have kept every shred of evidence to prove the relentless harassment, defamation, libel.

I am just so thankful that he is not in possession of my actual current address. At least I can feel safe knowing that. I am no longer giving this man anymore of my time and/or energy. Thank you.

SARAH VAUGHTER, VAUGHTER WELLNESS, DERMINAOTR etc. are Itl. reg. trademarks of a company of which Frank de Groot, inventor of the Derminator is a shareholder of. The woman who is the other shareholder uses the alias "Sarah Vaughter" (just like Dr. Oetker and Uncle Benz are not real people) and is the dermaneedling expert. A dermaneedling expert does not have to be a medical doctor, so your claim is false and defamatory in many ways, since Frank de Groot never claimed to be a MD, neither has any other officer of the company. Then your claim of "fake medical devices" is even much more libelous, since the devices the company sells are not only not fake but by far the best dermaneedling devices available on the market, having earned the company millions of dollars by word of mouth alone. You will be tought a very expensive lesson you will never forget.
