This buyer purchased an open box laptop. As this was an open box item I personally inspected it and verified that it had no cosmetic issues. When the buyer received the computer she complained that this computer had black marks on the keyboard which she is unable to remove. When I asked for pictures she sent me a picture of the keyboard which had oily fingerprints on it. The buyer then demanded a significant discount. I told her to just return the laptop for a refund and I will provide a prepaid shipping label. She didn't want to do that. All she wanted was a discount.

This is an extortionate buyer. Stay away!!
