Customer bought an expensive ($1500) guitar and then attempted a chargeback through their financial institution on the day the item was going out the door. I stopped the UPS pick up as soon as I found the dispute. The customer never contacted me before he started the dispute, leading me to believe his actions were an attempt at fraud. In addition, he lied continuously about contacting me and was very verbally combative. After it became clear he was arguing with me the same way a child would, trying to put words in my mouth and gas light me, I ended up having to report and block him.

Since he made the dispute directly with his financial institution, the dispute was sided in his favor-- but I had no issue with cancelling and refunding the order to begin. He simply NEVER asked me to cancel and refund the order. He went straight to starting a dispute like a Karen.

Since this buyer is AWFUL to communicate with, acts suspiciously with the manner in which he handles transactions and is either INCREDIBLY STUPID or a poor thief/fraudulent buyer, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH THIS MAN.
It is not worth the trouble trying to talk to him. It is not worth the risk of being potentially ripped off a bunch of money.
