The asshole can do whatever he wants, if he makes a claim that the credit card was unauthorized, as long as you shipped to the confirmed address, the Jersey Moron has no case. You'll get the money back and you should be filing fraud charges against him and send file a report with the state police and call him and say you did, leave a voice mail.
